This includes ensuring that:

Subcontractors (if used) follow equivalent data protection and security requirements.
Data is deleted or returned to Valsight upon request or contract termination.

7. Non-Compliance
If a partner fails to meet the obligations defined in this policy or in the corresponding agreements, Valsight may:

Terminate the partnership agreement.
Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent exclusion from future cooperation.
