Release Notes 1.19.6.5

What's new

The 1.19.6 release is a minor release optimizing some of the performance critical functions in 1.19. It also contains a new, often requested feature: The ability to freeze headers for tables in workspaces!

Starting with this release it is also possible to show the impact of an assumption in a table (as opposed to the complete simulation result).
