Creating a new Baseline
This guide shows you how to create a new baseline in a project so that it becomes available across all models in that project.
Prerequisites
You have admin access to the project.
Steps
Open Project Settings for the project.
Navigate to the Baselines section and click Configure baselines.
Click Add to add a new baseline.
Enter a name for the baseline. The name must be unique within the project.
Optionally, enter a description to help other users understand the purpose of this baseline.
Optionally, select a color to visually distinguish this baseline in the Model Editor.
Click Save to confirm.
Project Overview > Project Settings > Configure Baselines > Add
Result
The new baseline is now available across all models in the project. Model builders can reference it when configuring nodes with baseline-specific operations.
Troubleshooting
The name is already in use — Each baseline name must be unique within the project. Choose a different name and try again.
The "Data" baseline cannot be deleted — "Data" is the default project baseline and is permanently available. It can be renamed but not removed.
