Release Notes 1.16.3

What's new

The 1.16.3 Release continues to empower the user to configure additional aspects of the system and models to the maximum possible extend. This release contains the new ROUND() function (since 1.16.2)  and allows an admin user to configure the impact columns of the scenario manager. This is also the first release to link directly to this online help.
